Burpetrator
stranger or unseen coworker who either knoingly or unknowingly burps offensively in public or the workplace and does not appologise for it (perhaps thinking they were unheard).
the burpetrator refers to their unknown ident-ty as the walking burper past a cubicle block full of co workers.
when an unknown person offensively burps (either knowingly or unknowingly) in p-ssing and another person in earshot asks who it is and you decide to track down that persons ident-ty via the picture board near the receptionist and inform them of the ident-ty of the burpetrator.
