a party held to celebrate the day george w. bush becomes an ex-president. most bush parties will take place on or around january 20, 2009.
festivities include playing bush’s cup (a drinking game wherein people take a drink every time ex-president bush is mentioned on tv) while watching a 24-hour news network, ceremonially setting bushes on fire, and other activities.
