same meaning as words such as ‘-rs–hole’, ‘jack-ss’, and others. first used in a fanfiction by keeper of memory pepperochu (me) as an insult from a biker towards the villain, tonnbey the tonberry.
biker: “hey, b-tt-notch!”
tonnbey: “b-tt-notch? what the h-ll kind of name is ‘b-tt-notch’?!”
