said to a person who isn’t as excited/energetic as they should be.

usually used in retaliation when being told to calm down. you’re not going to calm down, they’re going to calm the f-ck up.
person 1: h-ll yeah the new call of duty came out today!

person 2: dude, calm down.

person 1: sh-t man you need to calm up!
the opposite of calm down, calmed up, calming up.
