canning fatigue
the weariness and mental exhaustion -ssociated with the canning of food for extended periods of time, often resulting in canning mistakes and–in extreme scenarios–m-ssive outbreaks of botulism.
i need to take a break from canning asparagus; i don’t want to get canning fatigue and expose my entire family to botulism.
