this is a phrase commonly used by r-t-rds (generally scenekids and f-gs) who have heard somone saying “i cant be -rs-d” and mistaken it for them saying “i cant be asked”
they will then continue to use their new found phrase all the time thinking that it is what everyone else is saying.
