Carnacon
small village in the west of ireland ,co. mayo. commonly referred to by castlebar folk as “narnia” or “the sh-thole in the middle of nowhere”. the local attractions are the church , mike w-lly’s shop, which will supply you with 1 or 2 of your daily needs and also holds a jar of jam with a sell by date of 1952, a local school where students are scarce and finally the two competing pubs that supply a fine array of drinks (guinness and heiniken).famous residents include , the local crazy cat lady and gangs of boy-racers who congregate at the near by lake to drink and act bad -ss.
