a form of business in which a owner/leader of a company will fire all experienced, hard-working people and hire young and inexperienced workers with cheaper contracts as a way to save money. whoever runs this kind of business doesn’t care what the people around him think.
husband: after 35 years of working in that facotry the boss, out of nowhere, fires me because of my age and experience.
