to drink a couple of beers, or enough liquor to get you to the first stage of drunk…to start feeling the alcohol.
at that point you obviously drink more to surp-ss buzzed status.
this can also be used for weed…getting a little high, as opposed to getting ridiculously stoned.
“yo man i’m feelin’ stressed, wanna catch a buzz with me?”
