1.) a page on facebook were you can tag someone that is creepin in the background of your pictures. allows you to tag these people
2.) usually guys checking out girls that are taking group pictures at a bar or parties. they get caught creepin in the pictures
if you catch someone creepin in your photos you can tell them they got caught creepin!!
