combination of celebrate and celibate. celebrating being celibate. an ironic/sarcastic way of saying you have not had s-x in a long time. way of saying you feel like getting a buzz on so you can forget you haven’t had s-x in a long time.
person 1: “i haven’t been laid in so long that i feel like i should celibrate.”
person 2: “yeah, let’s go get a bottle and celibrate proper!”
