an italian chav. the cl-ssic overseas stereotype of an italian with the full on greasy curly hair (sometimes long), gold jewelery and hairy chest exposed. often complemented with fancy leather shoes off some animial such as a crocodile with the wearer not wearing socks and often exposing hairy tanned ankles.
a mix of chav and fabio. sounds best when said with an opera sounding italian accent! chavio!
