chilango light
people born in monterrey city.. they are originally called ”regios” or ”regio-montanos”, but because of their stingness (they dont like to spend a lot of money), and an arrogant att-tude they are called chilango-light.. meaning that they are ”light” chilangos, they are not that arrogant or all those behaviors that stand out from a chilango.
by the way: chilango is just another way to call a person from the south part of mexico.
