to be forced to take a lap around a parking lot, due to stupidity and conversations. used during marching band activities. first used in the year 1994, named after kelly choi a band field major. normally one to two laps around a parking lot approximately a total of 300 to 400 yards in length.
david ing got choied, because he would not stop talking while the instructor was talking.
