chudur-budur (sudur-budur) is probably a noakhailya word/phrase and it’s definitely not vulgar.
although some people believe that this chudurbudur made up with two separate words, which are chudur+ budur. the first one which is chudur means f-ck, and the budur means v-g-n-, however dictionary says something else than this. it is not clear that this word has vulgar att-tude, but surely the higher cl-ss people do not want to use this word.
