(chur pee) the act of repeatedly attempting to play-pinch someone on the backside. especially when the pinchee is trying to escape up a flight of stairs. usually performed by couples in a play-fight situation as a form of foreplay.
i reached to top of the stairs and fell on the bed laughing as todd finally managed to churpie my left b-tt cheek.
