cigany means gypsy, in a few easter european languages, mainly in hungarian, serbian and romanian.
gypsies crime rate is outrageous, and they usually mug/jump people in gangs on the streets.
they look middle-east, very similar to persians. use cation if you see them!
saying cigany to a gypsy is like saying n-gg-r to a black person. practice it carefully!
