cigarette punch
a type of sucker punch whereby one distracts an aggressor with the offer of a cigarette, using the left hand to hold the pack and at the same time readying for a punch with the right. when your opponent looks down to light the cigarette (with teeth separated to take the first drag) you knock the cr-p out of his jaw.
he knew he had no chance of beating that a-hole in a completely fair fight so he cigarette punched him and dropped a couple of the guy’s molars.
punching someone in the face while holding a lit cigarette between your middle finger and your ring finger, causing physical pain as well as a burn mark.
