Circle Sniff
when someone brings up a problematic issue and one by one people consider the issue and generate their own solutions while rejecting the previous solution until in the end everyone has sniffed each others -ss and realized that yes it smells like sh-t but were not gonna change it.
when refactoring a database solution the developer asks why did we do it this way can we do it better? and it becomes a big circle sniff.
