Clef Pallet
hole in the roof of the mouth caused during development in the womb. often accompanied with a hare lip, an open sp-ce in the middle of the top lip.
clef pallet is a deformity which can be repaired in childhood, usually after birth.
when a child is born and their upper lip is connected to their nostral(s).
some ways to identify a former clef palleter (someone who was born with a clef pallet) is to look for the following:
1. scarred and/or twisted upper lip
2. they have a mustache
3. the have a terrible lisp
