Clinically Unconcious
urban medical term more commonly known as blackout drunk. this is when some is in a state of being awake but not realizing or remembering what he/she did or was doing. this can be mistaken as someone being an -sshole as in most cases that is the only symptom.
dude why is that guy being an -sshole? oh wait he’s just clinically unconcious.
