someone who has explained something in a condescending manner because of how they perceive the other person’s gender.

i created this term because the terms “mansplaining” and “femsplaining” are used too lightly and are s-xist terms in their own right. condescension and s-xism are both gender neutral so the word for condescension driven by a s-xist standpoint should also be gender neutral.
