a male or female who dresses up like a fictional character from any pop-culturally relevant medium such as a manga or anime series, comic books, movies, videogames, etc… and makes money from doing so.
one who dresses up like a character at comic-con and charges money for a photo would be cosidered a cospimp. though they may also be referred to as a “cosdouche”.
the ultimate cospimp would be christian bale or robert downey jr.
