Cow Folker
a: a guy or group guys who very neatly & too tightly dress up like cowboys to attract the opposite s-x & or to give themselves a more macho persona then they have being their individual selves.
b: a weekend cowboy
person 1: “you want to go down to the row tonight?”
person 2: “it is a weekend so it is amature night.”
person 1: “oh, all the cow folkers will be up from phoenix”
person 2: “wow, what some guys do for the va jay jay or for other guys, i’m not sure”
