to walk with a plastic bag of dog cr-p while walking your pet.
while walking your pet and after his/hers busy is complete, you choose to stroll down the road spinning the bag of cr-p as if it’s a purse (european handbag/satchel), and choose not to deposit the bag of cr-p in the nearest trash receptacle.
i was driving down my road today and almost hit a pole because this d-mn cr-postroller’s bag flew out his hands and hit my windshield.
