creepy joker, a type of marijuana that has two very special effects. the first and most prominent being that you use smiles constantly, sometimes in an evil manner. the uses may also laugh in a some what villainous way. thus the effects were called joker. the high from this marijuana sneaks up on the smoker, thus being called the creepy joker. many uses do not realize they a “tripping out” on creepy joker when they are.
