person who has lots of expensive or rare things but is not very capable at using them. such as in online gaming when the cthulthu or cth flaunts rare or expensive items and then acts like a total noob. can also be a person who exhibits the same behavior in real life. derived from a character in a story by h.p. lovecraft.
