a phrase used to describe a person whom is willing to trade their body for drugs especially methamphetamine or heroin; which both take on a liquid form (puddles) when heated.
2.this phase may also be used to describe a transaction-type relationship where one party is providing physical companionship in exchange for drugs and the opportunity to get high on a regular schedule
