either drunk, or under the influence of alcohol. usually to a large extent. unable to think correctly, move correctly, or act normaly because of the influence of the substances.

beyond exhausted, so much so that one appears to be f-cking tired. symptons include staring into sp-ce, taking hours to respond to simple questions, pausing randomly inbetween words, walking unsteadily, falling asleep standing up, and generally acting tired and sp-ced-out.
