damage limitation means actions you take to limit or offset the damaging effects of an accident or error. well that’s the official line anyway, but in most cases what it means is the person responsible for the f-ck up running around like a striped -ss ape in order to cover their own -ss and prevent any of the sh-t flying around from sticking to them.
