a person of authority, generally a direct manager, who exhibits traits of one with narsicistic personality disorder and brings a feeling of evil and malcontempt to all in his or her presence. does not actually ‘do’ any value added work and readily takes credit for his or her employees efforts, all the while referring to the completed work as a ‘piece of sh-t’ to the employee who has put forth the effort.
what was darth boss’ reaction to the completed project? she said it is was a piece of sh-t, and then told the ceo is was all her idea after it was succcessful.
darth boss is in rare form today. she spent the first 45 minutes of the hour long staff meeting talking about her shopping trips to nordstroms.
