demiriot
a state of a croud or large group of people close to a full-blown riot. its more of a state of being in which there is great tension in the air and there is a realistic threat of civil unrest, window breaking, car flipping and other such riot-related events.
after the longhorns won the national championship, downtown austin was in a state of demiriot with everyone honking their horns as well as displaying them in total chaos.
