an action by one male to another male friend which violates understood social expectations, especially where the transgressor obtains a slight advantage in comparison with a relatively large inconvenience imposed upon the aggrieved party.
it was a d-ck move when tom encouraged several dancers at the strip club to order drinks, then left his friend bill to pick up the tab.

tom and bill were both interested in the same girl at the bar; when tom falsely insinuated to the girl that bill had erectile dysfunction, that was a d-ck move.

pulling a d-ck move is engaging in an egregious, selfish and usually public stunt, i.e. a c-ck-block or dumping a workload unnecessarily upon a friend or coworker. the exclamation of the phrase “d-ck move!” in a high, nasal voice is sometimes the only socially acceptable recourse. other common reactions include “shenanigans!”, “bullsh-t!” and, a personal favourite, “bullsh-t shenanigans!”.
john likes cindy. erik likes cindy. erik and john are friends. erik intentionally keeps cindy busy at a party (“c-ck-blocks” john). john finds out about it after the fact, and yells “d-ck move!” given the nature of their friendship, violence may or may not occur.

there can be multiple levels of a d-ck move. level one is something minor and insignificant (i.e: like throwing someone’s external hd into the bathtub). level two is something like that -sshole in charge of the t-tanic who let it sink, and level three is on par with 9/11.

some argue that the holocaust was a level 4 d-ck move, but others argue that is was just plain a sh-tty thing to do.
