a person ,without a say, whose role in a discussion is to acquiese in the end.
just like pressure is applied at a rubber stamp pad to use it’s ink to print upon a surface. image printed is solely at the discretion of the pin up dye. stamp pad just provides the ink and has no say in the image print up, similar is the role of a discussion pad in a discussion.
