an abbreviation for “down blouse.” usually referring to looking down a female’s blouse to catch a glimpse of their b–bs/bra.
i was walking by and a girl happened to bend over in front of me and i caught some doblo action. awesome!
used to describe a person that is annoying and “not cool” they are also usually irrelevant. ‘doblo’ is an insult
