a term used by poorly developed human beings, usually chugs, meant to describe a situation that needs no description. to be more exact, used to instigate a conversation, or provoke the same term out of the person/s hearing it.
if you are driving around, you dumber “friend” says “dome to the dome”, after which you are tricked into answering “dome to the dome” in the same tone.
