double talker
a double talker is one who duplicates certain words of a sentence usually to emphasize some importance when actually it just makes them sound like a broken record.
jessica: mary do you want to get something to eat?
mary: i could go for a bite, what about you?
jessica: ehh, maybe so, im not hungry hungry but i could grab a sandwich.
jane: you’re such a double talker.
