someone who exhibits over-the-top douschebaggery along with being a c#nt. can also be used as a less offensive way to describe a douschebag or a c#nt due to the simple humor of combing the two words.
that girl is always hanging all over my boyfriend and trying to get attention; she is a total douschec-nt.
