another way of saying driving me crazy but with the implication that something is bothering you so much that you’re reaching for the bottle because of it.
tends to imply that you’re at wits end and will freak out if said action continues for much longer.
my job is all right but my managers bad habits are driving me to drink.
i can’t get this m-n-script done because my roomate won’t leave me alone for five minutes. i know the guy means well but he’s driving me to drink.
