Dry Brushing
the act of brushing ones teeth with no toothpaste on the brush to get rid of loose plaque or other substances on the teeth. after, you brush your teeth normally (with toothpaste) to whiten.
dry brushing gets all the gunk of your teeth so the whitening stuff in tooth paste works better.
