another word for a person or a random person. depending on tone of voice, it can be either an insult or just a name.
non-insulting:
“hi!”
“yo! what’s up, dudeface?”
insulting:
“haha!”

a code term for douche bag that can be used in polite society.
that guy is such a dude face.
when a female has a face that looks freakishly masculine.
