the best character on the satirical pseudo-doc-mentary the office. projects a vladimir putin-like charisma and is knowledgeable about everything, from german (mostly pre-industrial religious) to farming beets to mold extermination. he also an authority on bears, weaponry, health care plans, sabotage, and the supernatural. played by the inimitable rainn wilson.
