Ego-waste
usually found in corporate activities, processes and projects it is that amount of effort, time or money expended with the sole purpose of -ssuaging or satiating a decision-maker’s ego. none of these activities have any direct or indirect value to the company, other employees, the stockholders or to conscious life in general–it’s strictly the wasted time, money and effort to make a senior level person happy.
please add 80 to 120 hours to any project or activity to accommodate ego-waste.
