expression used at the beginning, end, or middle of sentences by a man that is incoherent to most (especially when he gets excited). hailing from central america, he goes by the name of tico and is known for doing a number on the english language. famous for saying “is yu modef-king life!”
“eh-ah, i wan yu to, eh-ah how do yu say, eh-ah… where is gilber?” said tico.
