a short person in a tall persons man made environment. seatbelts, counter-tops, chairs, table heights, ect.
similar to vertically challenged but without giving power to the self serving actions of the tall.

this is like mentally or physically challenged word, wherein this word difines a person who is unable to contribute to environment how he/she is willing to.
