E’s a nice man… GIVVIM CAYKE
a sentence used to express approval of a particular person, most commonly a man. the sentence originated from the practice of the giving of cake as a reward for good service, traditionally in reference to a waiter in a restaurant. the sentence emerged as an exact, unexaggerated, direct quotation, and soon developed into essential urban lingo as it hit the proverbial ‘streetz’.
‘that man was soooo cool! i really liked him.’
‘so what you’re trying to say is…’
‘e’s a nice man… givvim cayke!’
