noun: any male who somehow finds the courage to be extremely c-cky towards other males but has absolutely no physical strength or muscularity; the c-ckiness displayed commonly includes the claimed ability hes an amazing fighter, trash talking a certain action or belief you have and contradicting what he said later, and brilliantly displaying his vehicle, apartment and abundance of expensive clothes that his dad still pays for.
