Fauxcest
a) when siblings who don’t know they’re siblings fall in love
b) when adopted non-related siblings fall in love. often happens in korean films or j-panese mangas, but can be seen in american films as well
there’s a bit of fauxcest going on in the dexter series on tv. dexter’s sister debra has romantic feelings for him (which is actually okay – they’re not related by blood)
