Fergelize
the opposite of a synergy. it occurs when the sum of the individual items is greater than the whole.
guy 1: if this acquisition of the local denny’s restaurants goes through, we’ll see syngergies flying all over the place.
guy 2: denny’s? synergies? we work for best buy. if we buy denny’s that will completely fergelize the two companies.
guy 1: but i sure love their grand slam breakfast.
