colloquialism often used by underwater
photographers working in the field, by
aquarium patrons and photography
staff.
specifically, the desire to switch the
flash function of a camera to a higher
quality zoom function in order to
capture a distant well-lit subject
ie shovelnose guitarfish in
medium light.
often said out of frustration as a result
of inferior camera equipment unsuited
to the particular underwater photo
session going on.
